I really enjoyed this
video. The movements were slow and gentle enough for those who are at various
levels, from the novice to the pro. I really liked that Cindy offered
adaptations of the poses, so that individuals may determine and honor exactly
where they are in their practices, instilling a sense of empowerment and
confidence. The piece the resistance was the lovely guided meditation at the
end to complete the lovely process. I felt peaceful, yet energized, when
finished.
